About Project

Quote to buy is an online Tower product to get a cost estimation of specific insurance such as car, contents, house etc. Similarly My Tower is a self service management portal for customers to be able to flexibly view and manage their policies.

Goal

• To increase the CRO and convert the website traffic to customers
• Enable customers to login and view their policy details. In addition to that, enable them to modify their policies such as updating billing information, payment method and excess etc. Also to perform online payment
• Remove customer call wait time and drive customers to online - self service portal, hence improving customer support efficiency
